This position offers the opportunity to explore enterprise AI enablement under the mentorship of experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience supporting responsible AI adoption, use case intake and prioritization, enablement content, and basic value/impact measurement. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field and are passionate about helping teams apply AI tools safely and effectively.\nResponsibilities:\nWorking with a technical mentor, provide support for key strategic projects. \nSupport AI enablement initiatives by helping document and organize enterprise AI use cases, including basic intake details, objectives, stakeholders, and expected outcomes. \nAssist in gathering and synthesizing data to support AI adoption and value tracking (e.g., usage trends, qualitative feedback, simple time-saved or quality proxy measures). \nHelp develop and refine enablement materials such as quick-start guides, FAQs, office-hours content, and “safe-use” reminders aligned to internal guidance. \nContribute to lightweight testing of AI solutions and workflows (e.g., prompt patterns, failure mode identification, and documentation of recommended practices) under supervision. \nProvide ad hoc project work support as needed. \nAll Interns will participate in pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Goal Setting, Team Building, Tour, and Final Presentations. \nCore Competencies to be Successful:\nTechnical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to effectively communicate and organize across levels and departments. \nStrong ability to concisely and logically deliver analyses and proposals. \nStrong initiative to seek out information and solutions. \nStrong focus on quality and timely work. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nQualifications:\nCurrent student in, or recent graduate of, a Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other STEM-related program. \nBasic understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI and common limitations/risks (e.g., hallucinations, bias, privacy considerations). \nFamiliarity with productivity and analytics tools (e.g., Excel), and exposure to data querying languages such as SQL; familiarity with Python or similar scripting tools is a plus. \nAbility to work independently and to exercise strong technical judgment. \nExcellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills. \nADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements\nOccasional lifting up to 25 lbs. \nSitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time. \nPrimary work environment is within a corporate office setting. \nAbility to travel commercially and internationally. \nThe salary range for this role is:\n$19.00- $32.00 an hour\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
