This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small high impact team that supports strategic analysis, materials, and messaging for the company's senior leadership - as well as gain public equity market experience at a global large-cap company.\nKey Responsibilities \nMore specifically, the primary activities and responsibilities of the role will include:\nDeveloping analytical tools to benchmark financial performance, market expectations, and investor commentary of the company’s key competitors. \nSupporting the development of quarterly earnings materials and other external /internal investor relations analyses, documents, and engagements as required. \nGaining exposure to the company’s equity market messaging through interactions with the investment community and the internal Investor Relations team. \nAssisting in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders. \nCultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across various business functions. \nMonitoring and reviewing Constellation Brands and peer company news, sell-side analyst report, and valuation models while providing analyses and briefing company management as needed. \nPresenting outcomes of Investor Relations projects to senior management. \nQualifications\nPursuing an undergraduate degree program majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related major field of study.\nThe candidate should also bring strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to take initiative, communicate effectively, and develop collaborative relationships. \nPreferably, the candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, able to develop and deliver presentations, and has strong interpersonal and influencing skills. \nPhysical Requirements/Work Environment\nOccasional lifting up to 25 lbs.\nSitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time\nPrimary work environment is professional corporate office\nAbility to travel commercially to domestic and international locations\nThe salary range for this role is:\n$19.00- $29.50 an hour\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
