This internship provides exposure to Strategy (enterprise-wide strategic planning, market analysis, and high-impact business projects). The ideal candidate has a passion for finance, business strategy, market analysis, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Modeling & Analysis: Build and review financial models to evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and business initiatives.\nMarket & Industry Research: Conduct market, industry, and company research to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.\nSupport Enterprise Strategy Projects: Analyze data and collaborate with key business partners to assist in preparing materials that inform strategic planning and enterprise-wide priorities.\nProject Management: Assist with the coordination and execution of transaction processes and strategic initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.\nExecutive Presentations: Prepare internal executive-level presentations summarizing findings, strategic recommendations, and implications for leadership.\nDue Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering information, analyzing data, and preparing reports on potential targets or investment opportunities.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong interest in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, and business development.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling and analytical tools preferred.\nExcellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret financial data and market trends.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting findings.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail.\nHigh level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.\nADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements\nOccasional lifting up to 25 lbs.\nSitting and working at a desk/personal computer for extended periods.\nPrimary work environment is a corporate office setting.\nThe salary range for this role is:\n$19.00- $29.50 an hour\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
