The responsibilities, noted below, will be a mix of strategic project-based work and supporting day-to-day activities. This individual will have the opportunity to learn about Constellation’s Treasury function and gain valuable experience working with a best-in-class organization.\nResponsibilities\nActively support and drive forward the development of ongoing project initiatives within the treasury department\nAssist Constellation’s cash management team to improve processes and reports using different technologies (e.g. AI, macros, etc.)\nLead efforts to streamline file enhancements for financial reporting, optimizing both efficiency and accuracy\nSupport the debt capital markets team efforts in share repurchase strategy, interest rate hedging, macroeconomic analysis and other projects\nCoordinate data collection and provide the analysis needed to issue updated rate guidance for the business\nLearn and support Constellation’s market risk management strategy and execution\nAttend meetings with external and internal business partners to learn and understand current and future market trends and their impacts to Constellation\nUse Bloomberg to support market data research, perform risk analysis, and assist in streamlining efficiency\nDrive business results through collaboration with internal departments and external counterparties\nCore Competencies to Be Successful\nStrong communication skills\nStrong analytical skills \nIntegrity and Trust\nAttention to Detail\nFosters a learning growth mindset\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree candidate in Finance or Economics\nStrong working knowledge of finance, economics, and general business\nExperience/understanding of Bloomberg preferred\nExperience in financial modeling/business analytics is a plus\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nPhysical Requirements/Work Environment\nOccasional lifting up to 25 lbs.\nSitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time\nPrimary work environment is professional corporate office\nAbility to travel commercially to domestic and international locations\nThe salary range for this role is:\n$19.00- $29.50 an hour\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
