We believe these aspirations in support of our longer-term business strategy allow us to contribute to a future that is truly Worth Reaching For.\nPosition Summary\nThe Sr. Manager, Internal Communications is responsible for developing and executing division-wide strategic internal communications programs that support the Beer Division business strategy and foster a culture aligned with the company mission, vision, and values. The role leads employee communications strategy, channels, technology, and measurement to deliver relevant and timely information that engages, motivates, and inspires employees. This role reports to the Vice President, Communications & Brand PR - Beer.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary lead for the Beer Division internal communications strategy and program execution, applying best practices and leading-edge employee communication tactics.\n\nDevelop and execute results-oriented internal communications programs that help employees across functions and geographies understand division business plans, strategy, and their roles in achieving objectives.\n\nDevelop creative and impactful approaches that foster an inclusive and positive culture, strengthen employee enthusiasm and commitment, and support active engagement in driving the division strategy.\n\nEstablish processes to measure and assess the impact of internal communications and continuously improve the program.\n\nBuild strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners across Constellation divisions and Communications teammates in Rochester, Chicago, and Mexico to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.\n\nProvide coaching and counsel that strengthens leaders' effectiveness as communicators.\n\nAct as a strategic communications business partner for HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal, advising on division-wide communications such as organizational restructures and new program or initiative rollouts.\n\nManage outside agencies and partners in the development and execution of strategic communications programs that deliver results on time and on budget.\n\nHandle confidential and proprietary information with the highest level of ethics and integrity.\n\nPrioritize multiple initiatives and deadlines while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.\n\nFive to seven years of experience in corporate communications or a related function.\n\nSuperior writing, editing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nStrong leadership skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence without authority.\n\nAbility to interact effectively with leaders at all levels and serve as a strategic advisor and coach.\n\nStrong organizational, planning, project, and time management skills.\n\nHigh degree of business and financial acumen.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage change, and develop measurable communication solutions tied to business objectives.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in communications or public relations.\n\nBeverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry experience.\n\nExperience with video, digital, and emerging communication tactics.\n\nProven project management experience.\n\nPhysical Requirements/Work Environment\nSee Physical Requirement Matrix.\n\nLocation\nRochester, New YorkAdditional Locations\nChicago, IllinoisJob Type\nFull timeJob Area\nCommunicationsThe salary range for this role is:\n$113,500.00 - $177,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
