Opportunities are available within business and industry sites, schools, care homes, healthcare settings and contract catering operations, working in line with Compass Group standards.\nThese roles are ideal for skilled chefs seeking regular weekday daytime work, a better work-life balance and the opportunity to work across a variety of professional catering environments.\nWhat We Offer\nMonday-Friday shifts, 07:00-14:30\nCasual and temporary assignments, with potential for ongoing work\nOpportunities across education, healthcare, business and contract catering\nCompetitive hourly pay, paid weekly\nOngoing support from Constellation, a leading hospitality staffing provider\nThe Role\nPrepare, cook and present high-quality food to consistently high standards.\nTake responsibility for your section and ensure efficient kitchen operations.\nSupport the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily preparation and service.\nMaintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation and portion control.\nAssist with stock control, food storage and minimising waste.\nFollow food safety, allergen management, hygiene and Health & Safety procedures.\nAdapt quickly to different kitchens, teams and service requirements.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nProven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role.\nExperience in contract catering, business and industry, education or healthcare settings is preferred.\nStrong culinary skills and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.\nGood knowledge of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene.\nLevel 2 Food Safety qualification as a minimum requirement.\nAbility to adapt quickly and work effectively within different teams.\nDBS certificate preferred, or
