opportunity to work in a professional catering environment, supporting kitchen operations and delivering quality food, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts across the wider Compass portfolio, including weekends and events.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations\nPrepare and deliver high-quality food\nHelp manage stock, ordering and kitchen organisation\nSupport and supervise the kitchen team during service\nMaintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety\nFollow food safety, allergen management and Health & Safety procedures\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role\nLevel 2 Food Safety qualification (minimum requirement)\nStrong knowledge of food hygiene,
