Account Executives will demonstrate the capabilities and basic training of our SaaS solutions through online demonstrations, working directly with Business Development Representatives, to close new business.\nResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLeverage consultative/solution based selling technique to position the value of our product to potential customers.\n\nConduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.\n\nInput and manage prospects and customer data using our CRM.\n\nAcquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of products – including ConstructConnect Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect Bid-Management, OnCenter, and Planswift, SmartBid, and iSqFt Bid Management.\n\nMeet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, working directly with manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.\n\nMaintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales process.\n\nWork closely with other departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.\n\nStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitive landscape.\n\nThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones that team members can be required to perform.\n\nQualificationsWhat You Bring to the Team\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (OR) 2+ years sales experience in a SaaS environment (OR) 1+ years’ experience as a ConstructConnect BDR\n\nProven track record of success in a B2B sales or BDR role, preferably within the construction industry.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.\n\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player.\n\nProficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.\n\nKnowledge of the construction industry, including an understanding of construction project lifecycles.\n\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nThe physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, working on a computer for extended periods of time.
