Construction Resources offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits.\nThe Slab Gallery Associate is responsible for assisting the Slab Gallery Manager in the the daily operations of the slab gallery, ensuring exceptional customer experience while maintaining accurate inventory, operational efficiency, and a safe, organized showroom.\nThe ideal candidate is a customer-focused leader with strong organizational skills, experience managing inventory, and the ability to build relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and internal teams.\nEssential Responsibilities\nGallery Operations\nAssist in the day-to-day operations of the slab gallery to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.\nAssist in ensuring all slabs are properly displayed, labeled, and easily accessible for customer viewing.\nAssist in maintaining showroom appearance and merchandising standards that reflect the company's brand.\nMonitor gallery traffic and staffing levels to provide excellent customer service.\nDemonstrate efficient and safe operation of overhead cranes, forklift, and material-handling equipment to support slab movement, storage, display, and customer selection activities.\nCustomer Experience\nWelcome and assist homeowners, designers, builders, fabricators, and contractors during slab selection appointments.\nProvide product knowledge and educate customers on natural and engineered stone characteristics, finishes, and applications.\nCoordinate slab holds, releases, and customer selections in accordance with company policies.\nResolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.\nInventory Management\nMaintain accurate slab inventory within company systems.\nCoordinate incoming slab deliveries and placement within the gallery.\nMonitor damaged, discontinued, or slow-moving inventory and communicate with purchasing and operations.\nConduct routine inventory audits to ensure accuracy.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales, Scheduling, Purchasing, Fabrication, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.\nCommunicate inventory availability and special-order timelines.\nAssist with resolving inventory discrepancies and customer order issues.\nSafety & Compliance\nPromote a culture of safety throughout the gallery.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.\nMaintain equipment inspections and safe material handling practices.\nKeep aisles, displays, and work areas free of hazards.\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n3+ years of retail, showroom, warehouse, or operations management experience.\nStrong customer service and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent communication and organizational abilities.\nExperience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field.\nExperience in stone, countertop, flooring, cabinetry, building materials, or home improvement industry.\nExperience with ERP or CRM systems.\nForklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer Focus\nOperational Excellence\nProblem Solving\nOrganization & Time Management\nAttention to Detail\nCommunication\nConflict Resolution\nCollaboration\nDecision Making\nAdaptability\n\nWORK LOCATION\n Onsite - In order to fulfill responsibilities of the Administrative Support Specialist position, this job is required to work in a specific Construction Resources manufacturing, production, or office environment.\nAdditional details will be provided during the interview process.\n\nEEO\n At Construction Resources, our people are the driving force behind everything we do.
