Assist customers with new orders and advises status of orders in process. Serves as primary back-up to the Supply Chain Supervisor. Monitor material readiness for shipments to meet customer demands and expectations. Set up shipments for domestic and International. the accurate entry of customer orders\nAcknowledges orders, verifies pricing, billing, shipping addresses and informs customers of any problems\nResearches and resolves problems with orders\nProcesses orders in a timely fashion, meeting all deadlines\nConducts customer surveys and compiles results for management review and consideration\nCreates the pack list and the Bill of Lading and scans into IMS and sends to the customer as needed\nAssumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with customers\nResolves questions, requests, and promptly and courteously addresses problems\nKeeps customers informed of Company policies, procedures, and status of their orders\nMaintains the Company's professional reputation\nProvides consistent feedback in a professional and timely manner.\nKeeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems\nMaintains the Customer Complaint/Feedback Log and works closely with the Quality Manager to provide resolution to the customer regarding the complaint\nProcess purchase requests and orders in an accurate and timely manner.\nConduct Inventory Cycle Counts as required.\nPerforms all other related duties assigned by management.\n KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nExcellent communications and public relations skills\nWell organized\nSelf-Starter\nHighly Motivated\nGood grasp of problem solving techniques\nAble to work in a fast paced environment\nAble to work independently as well as part
