Reasonable\naccommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions,\nincluding but not necessarily limited to the following:\nCOMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE & BUSINESS INSIGHTS\nLead commercial performance reporting, KPI management, dashboards, and executive scorecards.\nAnalyze revenue, bookings, backlog, margin, product mix, customer performance, and salesproductivity.\n\nIdentify business risks, opportunities, trends, and performance gaps.\nProvide actionable recommendations to Sales Leadership and Executive Management.\nFORECASTING & STRATEGIC PLANNING\nSupport annual operating plans, sales planning, forecasting, and long-range growth planning.\nDevelop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.\nImprove forecast accuracy and commercial visibility.\nEvaluate the financial impact of growth initiatives, investments, and organizational changes.\nPRICING & PROFITABILITY\nLead customer, channel, product, market, and territory profitability analysis.\nSupport pricing strategy, discount analysis, margin improvement, and profitability optimization.\nPartner with Commercial Operations and Finance to strengthen pricing discipline and governance. \nMARKET & GROWTH ANALYTICS\nConduct market sizing, territory potential, customer segmentation, and white-space analysis.\nSupport account prioritization, territory planning, resource allocation, and growth initiatives.\nEvaluate market opportunities, competitive activity, and commercial investment decisions.\nLEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT\nLead, coach, and develop Commercial Analytics team members.\nEstablish analytical standards, reporting methodologies, and best practices.\nManage priorities, workloads, performance, and employee development.\nBuild organizational capability to support future commercial growth.\nCROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP\nPartner with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Operations, andOperations to drive data-driven decision-making.\n\nPresent recommendations and insights to senior leadership.\nServe as a trusted advisor to the Director of Sales Operations and Vice President of Sales.\n KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations, CommercialFinance, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines.\n\nPrevious leadership experience managing employees or leading analytical teams.\nAdvanced financial modeling, forecasting, business planning, and profitability analysis experience.\nStrong experience with CRM, ERP, and business intelligence platforms.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.\nProven experience supporting senior commercial leaders and influencing business decisions.\nMBA or advanced degree preferred.\nManufacturing, building products, industrial, or construction industry experience preferred.\nSalesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.\nCOMPETENCIES:\nCommercial Finance\nStrategic Planning\nForecasting & Analytics\nPricing & Profitability\nMarket & Customer Analysis\nExecutive Communication\nBusiness Intelligence\nTeam Leadership\nCross-Functional Influence\nData-Driven Decision Making\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDirectly manages Commercial Analytics personnel and is responsible for hiring, coaching, performancemanagement, employee development, succession planning, and departmental capability building.\n\nPAY & BENEFITS:\nAnnual Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000.
