Construction Resources offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits.\nThe Lead Fireplace Installer is responsible supervising and executing the installation of natural and engineered stone in both interior and exterior applications. The role ensures high-quality craftsmanship, compliance with safety and building codes, and coordination with other trades to meet project deadlines.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nResponsibilities:\nLead the installation of stone materials on construction projects.\nRead and interpret architectural drawings, layout plans, and shop drawings.\nPrepare and level surfaces for stone installation; oversee cutting, shaping, and fitting of stone.\nSupervise and train installers.\nEnsure alignment, leveling, grouting, sealing, and finishing of installed stone meets aesthetic and technical standards.\nCoordinate with suppliers, designers, and other trades to ensure material availability and correct execution.\nInspect completed work for accuracy, durability, and compliance.\nEnforce site safety practices and conduct safety briefings.\nMaintain daily reports, track material usage, and assist in project documentation.\nContinue education to ensure current with latest regulations, safety initiatives, and overall awareness of products.\nAssist in warehouse related tasks when necessary.\nBasic Qualifications:\n3-5 years’ experience in stone installation or masonry work.\nFamiliarity with operating cutting tools, grinders, polishers, and lifting equipment.\nIn-depth knowledge of stone materials, adhesives, and sealants.\nOrganized and detail oriented.\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\nStrong customer service background.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTrade certification in tiling or stone installation.\nExperience with large-scale commercial or luxury residential projects.\nExperience in working with both wet and dry fixing systems.\nAbility to use laser levels and digital measuring tools.\nBENEFITS\n Medical\nDental\nVision\nEmployer Paid Basic Employee Life and AD&D Insurance\nEmployer Paid Long Term Disability\nFlexible Spending Accounts\nVoluntary Short-Term Disability\nVoluntary Life and AD&D Insurance\nVoluntary Accident Insurance\nVoluntary Critical Illness Insurance\n\nEEO\nAt Construction Resources, our people are the driving force behind everything we do.
