profitability.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPre-Sale & Estimating Support\nEnsure timely and accurate preparation of estimates and quotes for assigned product categories.\nEstablish and improve service-level expectations related to quote quality and turnaround time.\nPartner with Sales and Operations leadership to support pricing governance, margin objectives, and approval requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve quoting processes through automation, technology, and workflow enhancements.\nMaintain current knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, installation requirements, and operational updates.\nProject Management\nServe as the primary project manager and operational contact for assigned builders and customers.\nManage projects through all phases, including planning, scheduling, execution, installation, and closeout.\nMonitor project timelines and proactively address schedule impacts, resource constraints, and potential risks.\nCoordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction.\nManage change orders, scope modifications, and project adjustments while ensuring appropriate documentation and accountability.\nEnsure all assigned projects are completed in accordance with company quality and service standards.\nVerify completion of final quality control inspections and closeout documentation.\nJob Site Coordination\nConduct routine job site visits to assess project progress and installation readiness.\nPerform pre-installation inspections to verify measurements, framing dimensions, utility locations, and site conditions.\nCollaborate with Sales and Operations teams to confirm job readiness before scheduling deliveries or installations.\nIdentify and resolve site-related issues that could impact project timelines, quality, or customer satisfaction.\nScheduling & Resource Coordination\nCollaborate with Operations leadership to forecast workload, support capacity planning, and balance available resources.\nSchedule deliveries and installations according to project requirements and customer expectations.\nCommunicate directly with builders and customers regarding project schedules and readiness requirements.\nMaintain and manage project schedules utilizing Microsoft Outlook and company scheduling systems.\nEnsure work orders and sales orders are properly assigned and dispatched through DispatchTrack or other approved systems.\nCoordinate delivery documentation, picking schedules, and staging requirements with Warehouse and Operations teams.\nFacilitate communication between departments to support efficient project execution.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scheduling effectiveness, and project execution processes.\nSupport implementation of operational best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist leadership in developing processes and procedures that improve productivity, service levels, and project outcomes.\nPromote accountability, collaboration, and effective communication across departments.\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience\nAssociate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction coordination, scheduling, operations management, or a related field.\nExperience working in residential construction, building products, installation services, or similar industries preferred.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong knowledge of installed product categories, particularly garage doors and fireplaces (gas and wood-burning).\nGeneral understanding of related product categories including cabinetry, appliances, surfaces, glass, and mirror products.\nAdvanced project management, scheduling, and organizational skills.\nAbility to read and interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, engineering documents, and specifications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to effectively manage customer expectations and maintain professional relationships.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.\nExperience with DispatchTrack and project management or scheduling software preferred.\nPerformance Expectations\nDeliver projects on schedule while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and scheduling records.\nDemonstrate
