It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.\nAbout The Role\nWe are hiring Senior Analytics Engineers across multiple teams at Constructor. Wherever you land, you will turn billions of daily events into reliable, usable data products: the pipelines, models, dashboards, and tools that teams and customers depend on to make decisions.\nThis is not a pure data engineering role - our analytics engineers combine strong technical craft with genuine business understanding, so the data they model answers the questions that actually matter. During the interview process we will get to know your strengths and interests and match you with the team where you can have the biggest impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build data pipelines and data models that power analytics and reporting\n\nBuild dashboards, reports, and tools that make large-scale behavioral data usable and trustworthy\n\nDefine and validate business metrics together with stakeholders, not just implement them\n\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and performance across systems processing billions of events\n\nPartner with analysts, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into well-designed data solutions\n\nWork with SQL, Python, and distributed data systems at very large scale\n\nRequirements\nStrong experience building data pipelines, data models, and analytics tooling\n\nExpert-level SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data systems\n\nExperience with Python for data work and tooling\n\nExperience with modern analytics stacks (e.g. dbt, Airflow, or similar modeling and orchestration tools)\n\nProduct & business understanding:\nExperience defining and validating business metrics and understanding why they matter\n\nUnderstanding of product funnels and ecommerce metrics (revenue, conversion, engagement)\n\nAbility to translate stakeholder needs into data models, dashboards, and tools\n\nCommunication & ownership:\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders\n\nComfortable owning an analytics area end to end in a fast-paced environment\n\nPreferred skills:\nExperience building customer-facing or embedded analytics\n\nExperience working in e-commerce\n\nBenefits\nWork with smart and empathetic people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.\n\nRegular team offsite events to connect and collaborate.\n\nFully remote team - choose where you live.\n\nUnlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year.\n\nWork from home stipend!
