The role works closely with engineering, product, and ML teams, builds and maintains data pipelines and dashboards, and helps shape the analytical foundation of the AI software development project. Requires 3+ years of data analytics experience, with a track record of influencing product outcomes in a fast-moving technical environment.\nMission:\nTurn raw product, behavioural, and model data into clear, trustworthy insight that helps the team make better decisions, faster.\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field - or equivalent practical experience.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine measurement frameworks and metrics with product and engineering teams.\nBuild and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports.\nAnalyse product, behavioural, and model data to surface actionable insights.\nSupport experiment design and A/B test analysis.\nEnsure data quality and consistency across sources.\nQualifications & Experience:\n3+ years’ experience in data analytics or a similar quantitative role.\nStrong SQL and proficiency in Python or R for analysis.\nExperience building dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).\nSolid grasp of statistics and experiment design.\nClear communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.\nNice to Have (Not Obligatory):\nExperience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).\nFamiliarity with ML workflows and model evaluation metrics.\nFamiliarity with GitLab for versioning analysis code and pipelines.\nExposure to EdTech or AI products.\nWhat We Offer\n Choice of work equipment (e.g., laptop, monitor, etc.)\n English classes (iTalki - $130 monthly)\n Flexible schedule (we usually work between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00)\n Newborn bonus (€500 per child)\n Patent remuneration\n Paid leave\n Remote work in locations without our offices\n Hybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)\nConstructor fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
