A good understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration, with managing contractor contract experience is highly desirable. Good client and stakeholder management, as well as leadership skills.\nWell-developed spoken and reporting/ writing skills with strong competence in computer software including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Microsoft Project desirable. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
