Обязанности:

  • Техническое сопровождение клиентов (установка СПС КонсультантПлюс, пополнение, обновление).
  • Поддержка продуктов, размещенных на серверах компании.
  • Техническая поддержка, консультирование сотрудников компании и представителей партнеров по техническим вопросам.
  • Ведение статистики обращений, внутренних баз данных, формирование отчетности.
Требования:
  • Образование высшее.
  • Наличие релевантного опыта работы.
  • Приветствуется знание технологий КонсультантПлюс (установка, пополнение СПС).
  • Уверенный пользователь MS Excel, Access.
  • Знание устройства ЛВС и Интернет. Базовые знания Linux, SQL.
  • Знание принципов работы AI.
  • Аналитический склад ума, ответственность, коммуникабельность, активность.
Условия:
  • Трудоустройство в соответствии с Трудовым кодексом РФ.
  • Заработная плата от 138 000 рублей до 160 000 рублей (до вычета НДФЛ). Точная сумма определяется по результатам собеседования и зависит от опыта и навыков соискателя.
  • Квартальные премии - по результатам работы.
  • Возможность профессионального развития.
  • Медицинская страховка (ДМС).
  • Рабочий день с 10.00 до 18.00 часов, включая обеденный перерыв.
  • Офис в шаговой доступности от ст. м. Профсоюзная (5 мин. пешком).
