Masters’ Degree preferred.\n\n10+ years’ of strong hands-on plant experience in Operational Risk Management, Process Safety, Process Safety Management (PSM), Process Engineering, Operations or Major Accident Hazard Management within the oil & gas, chemicals, fertilizer or petrochemicals industry.\n\nStrong operation and maintenance background.\n\nExperience working in upstream, midstream, downstream, LNG, fertilizer, petrochemical, or refinery operations.\n\nSolid understanding of operational risk assessment methodologies and risk management systems eg. HAZOP, HAZID\n\nKnowledge of industry standards and frameworks related to process safety and operational risk management.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.\n\nInternationally recognised HSE certification desirable (eg.
