You will also help develop methodologies, contribute to thought leadership, and coach junior team members.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead delivery of operational risk and performance engagements;\n\nManage multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality outcomes;\n\nBuild strong relationships with senior client stakeholders;\n\nIdentify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends;\n\nDevelop thought leadership and contribute to dss+ IP;\n\nGuide junior team members in project management and client interactions;\n\nConduct assessments, develop recommendations, and support implementation;\n\nFacilitate workshops and alignment discussions.\n\nWhat You’ll Experience at dss+\nWork with seasoned experts, gain early responsibility, and contribute to meaningful outcomes. You will grow in a fast-expanding, mission-driven organisation with opportunities to work across industries and regions.\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nYou bring analytical strength, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.\n\nExperience & Capabilities\n8+ years of client-facing experience, ideally including consulting;\n\nExposure to operational excellence or operational risk management;\n\nStrong project management and team leadership experience;\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;\n\nAbility to structure complex problems and develop clear recommendations;\n\nExperience in asset-intensive industries is an advantage;\n\nProficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio; project management tools beneficial;\n\nA strong professional network in Japan is a plus.\n\nEducation & Languages\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related fields;\n\nFluency in Japanese;
