The role supports business operations within a regulated insurance environment and ensures compliance with the requirements policies and regulations of the Insurance Authority in Saudi Arabia.\n Responsibilities \n Design develop enhance debug maintain and test enterprise web applications using technologies.\nLead and perform code reviews to ensure code quality performance scalability security and adherence to coding standards and best practices.\nProvide technical guidance support and mentorship to development team members.\nDevelop integrate and maintain RESTful APIs and support legacy systems when required.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.\nIdentify technical debt propose technical improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines automation and quality engineering applications comply with cybersecurity data protection and regulatory requirements of the Insurance Authority.\nDevelop shared and reusable components to improve system efficiency and maintainability.\nPerform other related duties as required in line with business needs.\n Communication and Working Relationships:\n Internal:\n Head of IT IT team members Business Units Compliance Risk Management and Internal Audit\n External:\n Technology vendors service providers consultants and regulatory stakeholders as required\n Qualification and Experience\n Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.\nMasters Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (Preferred)\n Experience:\n Minimum 5 years of professional experience in enterprise-level software development\nExperience in the insurance sector or a regulated environment 6 Years (Preferred)\n Language Proficiency: \n Proficient in Arabic and English\n Professional Certifications: \n Relevant technical certifications are preferred\nRelevant technical or professional certifications are an advantage
