This is a critical, forward-facing position that will directly influence strategic decisions and shape the trajectory of key vertical goals and performance.\nResponsibilities include:\nStrategic Analysis\nPerform ad hoc and recurring analyses that inform decision-making across marketing campaigns, channel performance, pricing, lead gen, and partner growth.\nProvide analysis and insights for lifecycle and product teams to help drive the business forward, including business cases and scenario modeling for key initiatives.\nPresentation of Insights\nBuild presentation-ready deliverables summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.\nSupport leadership in preparing materials for partner meetings and internal reviews.\nData Aggregation & Quality\nDevelop a deep understanding of the lifecycle and product pipeline, including core audience segmentation and event-level data.\nConduct ongoing data analysis to identify when key functionality is not performing as intended and proactively flag or escalate issues.\nReporting & Dashboarding\nDevelop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports used by sales, marketing, and leadership.\nUse AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot, Tableau GPT, etc., Claude, Cursor) to automate repetitive reporting workflows and assist with quick data exploration.\nProject Support\nPartner with lifecycle and product teams to drive strategy forward by developing a deep understanding of OKRs, identifying key areas of opportunity, and delivering analytical support that moves the needle on critical initiatives.\nRequirements\nMinimum Qualifications & Credentials\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.\nIndustry experience is beneficial\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.\nUnderstanding of data warehouse and data mining, a plus\nFamiliarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Qlik)\nKnowledge of SQL is required and Python is a plus\nProven abilities to take initiative and be innovative\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot) to accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and surface actionable insights. \nSoft Skills\nMust be highly curious, driven, and disciplined\nExcellent communication and people skills\nObsessed with ensuring an exceptional customer experience- for both internal and external customers. \nBenefits\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt ConsumerAffairs, your voice matters.
