This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the mortgage industry while supporting our operations department with essential tasks and processes.\nOur ideal candidate has a great attitude, is genuine and passionate. You are purposeful and like to be the solution, but more importantly, you are a servant leader.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport the Set Up, Processing and Closing teams with daily operational tasks\nAssist with Verification of Employment (VOE) and Verbal Verification of Employment (VVOE) processes.\nHelp manage Homeowner’s Insurance (HOI) documentation.\nPerform eFolder cleanup and organization.\nProcess payoff requests and documentation.\nAssist with document management including scanning, shredding, and copying.\nSupport the team with title order processing.\nWork with internal systems such as LARA and BS&A.\nReview Desktop Underwriting (DU) findings.\nWhat you'll bring to the table:\nCollege junior or equivalent.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nInterest in learning about mortgage operations and processes.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\nTechnology Proficiency - Knowledge of current technology, with the ability to easily navigate multiple software applications.
