This role will work closely with internal teams as well participate in client consultations to scope, build, and maintain applications that support both internal operations and client-facing projects.\nThe qualified candidate should have professional experience developing applications in C# (.NET) as well as Python, working with relational databases, and implementing business solutions using low-code platforms such as Quickbase, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies. This individual will also assist with efforts related to script output and data extraction from large Oracle database environments.\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys solving complex business problems, integrating data across systems, and working in a highly collaborative consulting environment.\nDUTIES OF THE POSITION:\nCustom Software Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# (.NET) and Python.\nDevelop custom utilities, automation tools, scripts, and integrations supporting business operations and client projects.\nTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.\nThe ability to use approved generative AI platforms as a force multiplier to generate work products while maintaining appropriate levels of quality assurance and control over the generated output to ensure it meets development standards.\nDatabase Development & Quality Control\nWork with SQL and other relational database systems to develop and validate data extraction and reporting solutions.\nReview, test, and validate script output to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.\nDevelop SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and other database objects as needed.\nAssist in documenting data structures, workflows, and database relationships.\nSupport quality assurance efforts for large-scale database exports and reporting projects.\nLow-Code & Workflow Solutions\nAssist in the development and administration of Quickbase applications and other low-code platforms.\nBuild automations, workflows, dashboards, and integrations to streamline business processes.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nEvaluate opportunities to leverage low-code solutions instead of traditional development where appropriate.\nEmerging Technologies & Integration\nSupport implementation and integration of modern automation and AI-enabled solutions.\nAssist with Model Context Protocol (MCP) development and integrations when applicable.\nEvaluate new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.\nParticipate in proof-of-concept and innovation initiatives led by Advisory Services.\nDocumentation & Collaboration\nCreate and maintain technical documentation.\nParticipate in project planning sessions and technical design discussions.\nCollaborate with project managers, advisory consultants, operations teams, and business stakeholders.\nCommunicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.\nEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of software development experience.\nStrong experience developing applications using C# (.NET) and Python.\nExperience with relational database systems, including: Oracle\nSQL Server\nPostgreSQL or similar platforms\n\nStrong SQL development and database troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with software testing and quality assurance practices.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and system integrations.\nAbility to independently troubleshoot technical problems and develop practical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nTHE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:\nExperience with Quickbase development and administration.\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).\nExperience developing integrations between business applications.\nFamiliarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks and related AI integration concepts.\nExperience with source control platforms such as Git.\nExperience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.\nKnowledge of other scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript.\nExperience in the eDiscovery, legal technology, compliance, or litigation support industries.\nExperience with Relativity, Relativity APIs, or legal data workflows.\nExperience supporting data migrations, large-scale data exports, or structured data review projects.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled workflow automation or generative AI integrations.\nSALARY RANGE:\n$110,000.00 -
