Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.\nYour Moneris Career - What you'll do\nBuild, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical outputs used by business and leadership teams.\nAnalyze trends across product performance, customer onboarding, operational service levels, revenue, customer experience, sales channels, and business process efficiency.\nExtract, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems using SQL, Excel, BI tools, and other analytics platforms.\nTranslate business questions into clear analysis, insights, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSupport recurring reporting cycles, leadership updates, performance reviews, and ad hoc analytical requests.\nPartner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, establish metric definitions, validate assumptions, and ensure reporting accuracy.\nIdentify data quality issues, reporting gaps, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.\nMaintain documentation for key reports, dashboards, data sources, metrics, assumptions, and business rules.\nContribute to analytics modernization initiatives, including dashboard enhancements, reporting automation, data model improvements, and migration to modern data platforms.\nYour Moneris Career - What you bring\nRequired skills and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.\n3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, or recurring business performance reporting.\nExperience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.\nStrong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, common table expressions, data validation, and analysis of large datasets.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data preparation, and structured analysis.\nExperience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nExperience analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends, issues, and business implications.\nExperience that would set you apart\nExperience in payments, financial services, technology, product analytics, operations analytics, or customer experience analytics.\nExperience with Python, Jupyter Notebook, Snowflake, dbt, reporting automation tools, or statistical analysis.\nYour Moneris Career - What you get\nAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed-personally and professionally.
