Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.\nYour Moneris Career - What you'll do\nPartner with Sales and cross-functional teams to support the planning, documentation, and implementation of pricing and compensation initiatives.\nPerform pricing analysis and provide deal support to help acquire and retain merchant accounts.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance pricing models to support profitability analysis and business decision-making.\nParticipate in project and deal-review meetings, communicate project updates, and support stakeholder alignment across the organization.\nGenerate pricing reports, analytics, and insights to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business performance.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, customer-facing resources, and process documentation related to pricing.\nAssess business impacts and recommend updates to processes, policies, procedures, training, and supporting documentation.\nYour Moneris Career - What you bring\nRequired skills and experience\nAt least 1 year of experience in business analytics and financial analysis, including business case development, research, and cost analysis.\nBachelor's degree in Business or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling experience.\nExperience with SQL.\nUnderstanding of KPI measurement and P&L analysis.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience managing multiple priorities and projects in a deadline-driven environment.\nExperience that would set you apart\nExposure to VBA.\nExposure to Power BI and Tableau.\nExperience in the payments industry.\nExperience in pricing or revenue growth management.\nBilingual in French and English.\nYour Moneris Career - What you get\nAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed-personally and professionally.
