Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.\nYour Moneris Career - What you'll do\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.\nPartner with sponsors and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of project deliverables.\nApply project governance practices, including charters, plans, risk and issue management, financial tracking, and procurement.\nFoster a high-performance team environment and mentor junior project managers.\nIdentify, assess, and manage risks and issues to maintain project progress\nProvide regular project reporting, including status updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications\nDrive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into project practices\nEnsure effective project closure, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation review\nYour Moneris Career - What you bring\nRequired skills and experience\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3-5 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing projects with technical components.\nPMP Certification.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects across full lifecycle phases.\nExperience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies.\nExperience in process improvement and business consulting.\nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment on project outcomes.\nStrong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills with experience communicating project status and recommendations to diverse audiences.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving abilities.\nCollaborative, energetic, and self-motivated team player.\nHigh attention to detail and quality.\nExperience that would set you apart\nExperience in the payments industry is considered an asset.\nYour Moneris Career - What you get\nAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed-personally and professionally.
