Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.\nYour Moneris Career - What you'll do\nServe as Scrum Master for one to two Agile product teams, ensuring consistent application of Scrum and Agile practices.\nFacilitate core Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nPartner with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to identify and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and address risks impacting delivery.\nCoordinate with other teams through Scrum of Scrums and product-family level synchronizations to support cross-team alignment.\nTrack and analyze team metrics to monitor progress toward sprint goals, outcomes, and OKRs, and surface trends to stakeholders.\nSupport the Product Owner and Tech Lead in aligning on team vision, priorities, and measurable objectives. \nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, trust, and psychological safety within the team.\nCollaborate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and the Scrum Chapter to strengthen Agile maturity and organizational agility.\nYour Moneris Career - What you bring\nRequired skills and experience\nScrum Master certification or equivalent designation.\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, a technical diploma, or comparable professional experience in software development. \nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role supporting software delivery teams.\nDemonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Agile principles in evolving delivery environments.\nExperience that would set you apart\nExperience working with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar approaches.\nExperience working across organizations of varying sizes and maturity, with the ability to adapt Agile practices to different contexts, constraints, and operating models.\nYour Moneris Career - What you get\nAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed-personally and professionally.
