You might be a writer with a good visual eye, a designer who understands content, or somewhere in between.\nYou'll work with our Content Lead and Content Marketer, and you’ll help drive social media, campaigns, thought leadership, and podcasts. You'll start with hands-on execution and gain more ownership as you grow, all while collaborating with our wider team of specialists across events, SEO, design, video, and growth.\nWe're a small team, which means you won't spend six months doing one tiny corner of Marketing. You'll get to see how ideas go from “we should do something about this” to an actual campaign, post, page, podcast, or piece of content in the world.\nAbout Contentoo\nContentoo helps global marketing teams scale content without turning their marketers into project managers.\nWe combine human expertise, technology, and managed content operations to take more of the production and coordination burden off marketing teams - so they can spend more time on the work that actually needs their judgement.\nWe're based in Amsterdam and work with ambitious marketing teams across Europe and beyond.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nA big part of the role is helping us get more mileage out of the ideas and content we already create.\nYou’ll help:\nPublish and schedule social content\n\nEngage with our community and keep an eye on conversations\n\nTurn podcasts, reports, customer stories and existing content into new social formats\n\nCreate and adapt carousels, memes, quote cards, screenshots and other social assets\n\nSupport our employee advocacy and thought-leadership programmes\n\nHelp maintain our content and social calendars\n\nUpload and format content on our website\n\nKeep our content library, customer proof and marketing assets organised and up to date\n\nSupport campaigns with research, assets, distribution and reporting\n\nResearch competitors, trends and interesting things happening across marketing\n\nHelp with podcast, thought-leadership and event research\n\nSpot good content worth giving a second (or third) life\n\nYou won't necessarily arrive knowing how to do all of this. That's the point!\nWho we’re looking for\nWe're less interested in finding someone who already knows every marketing acronym and more interested in someone with taste, curiosity, and initiative.\nYou might be a good fit if:\nYou love writing or design - ideally with an interest in both\n\nYou understand what makes something interesting on social\n\nYou're curious about marketing, brands and internet culture\n\nYou notice good ideas, good copy and good creative\n\nYou're organised and care about the small details\n\nYou're comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out\n\nYou can take a clear brief and increasingly run with it\n\nYou have ideas of your own and aren't afraid to suggest them\n\nYou can start in October and are available 24-40h per week\n\nFigma skills are a big bonus.\nExperience with CMSs, social scheduling, SEO, AI tools or other marketing platforms is nice to have, but none of it is essential.\nVideo editing skills are also welcome, but this isn't a video-first role.\nWhat you’ll learn\nWe want this to be an internship where you leave considerably better at marketing than when you arrived.\nYou'll get exposure to how a small Marketing team works across:\nSocial and content strategy\n\nBrand and creative\n\nCampaigns\n\nThought leadership\n\nSEO and AI search\n\nCustomer and market research\n\nEvents and community\n\nProduct Marketing\n\nB2B demand generation\n\nMarketing performance and experimentation\n\nYou'll start by supporting the team with production and execution, but the goal is for you to take on more progressively.\nSpot a meme opportunity?
