You’ll sit in on product, pricing, roadmap, and release conversations, join customer calls, and brief our specialists across copy, design, and SEO when enablement needs to be made.\nAbout Contentoo\nContentoo helps global marketing teams scale content without turning their marketers into project managers.\nWe combine AI agents, human expertise, and managed content operations to take more of the production and coordination burden off marketing teams, so they can spend more time on the work that actually needs their judgment.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nA big part of your role is giving Sales a sharp, defensible story built on what customers actually experience.\nPositioning & Messaging\nOwn the development of our core product narrative and website messaging, defining clear propositions, use cases, and proof points.\n\nShow how our software, AI tools, and managed services work together as a cohesive solution rather than disconnected features.\n\nEnsure messaging across our website, pitch decks, and demos aligns without contradictions.\n\nGTM Launches & Sales Enablement\nPackage new and existing capabilities around defined ICPs, customer problems, and commercial value.\n\nPlan and coordinate launches across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS-from readiness and evidence to external comms.\n\nBuild field-tested enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, demo narratives, battle cards, and objection-handling guides) based on real sales conversations, not theory.\n\nCustomer & Market Intelligence\nJoin sales calls, discovery sessions, and CS check-ins to spot recurring objections, use cases, and buying triggers.\n\nGather competitive intelligence and market trends to inform product, pricing, and messaging decisions.\n\nPush back constructively when internal assumptions don't match market reality.\n\nRelease Governance\nEstablish a lightweight release process that separates early experiments from market-ready features and approved external claims.\n\nWho we’re looking for\nWe’re looking for someone who talks about what they shipped, not what they planned.
