Based in Paris, you will report to the IT System Engineering Manager and contribute to the design, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Contentsquare’s core IT platforms. This is a full-time, permanent position with no direct reports.\nYou will work across identity and access management, endpoint and mobile device management, SaaS applications, automation, and AI-enabled IT initiatives. The role is primarily on-site in Paris, with some remote work permitted according to company policy.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, build, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve the core IT platform across identity and access management, endpoint management, enterprise mobility, and cross-functional SaaS applications.\n\nManage and improve Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Intune, macOS, and Windows environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and effective services for employees.\n\nBuild and maintain automated workflows using Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms to simplify IT processes and improve the employee experience.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve Bash scripts and other scripts used to automate IT operations, system administration tasks, monitoring, configuration, and user or device lifecycle processes.\n\nCollaborate with the IT Support team on escalated cases and cross-team projects, providing technical expertise across identity, endpoints, access, SaaS applications, and device management.\n\nLead assigned initiatives autonomously, contribute to project management, provide clear progress updates, and use tools such as Jira to track projects and deliverables.\n\nUse AI tools and set up MCP servers to support automation, IT operations, and the AI at Work initiative.\n\nOutcomes you will work toward\nMaintain secure, reliable, and well-managed identity, endpoint, and SaaS environments for Contentsquare employees.\n\nImprove the efficiency, scalability, and consistency of IT operations through automation and scripting.\n\nResolve escalated cases effectively in collaboration with the IT Support team.\n\nDeliver owned projects and initiatives with clear planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and follow-through.\n\nIdentify and implement practical opportunities to improve security, performance, reliability, and employee experience across the IT platform.\n\nOperational responsibilities\nManage the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of identity, endpoint, MDM, SaaS, and automation platforms.\n\nDevelop and maintain Bash scripts and other scripts that reduce manual work and improve consistency across IT operations.\n\nMonitor configurations, deployments, software updates, access, and security controls across managed environments.\n\nInvestigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.\n\nDocument systems, workflows, processes, and technical decisions clearly.\n\nCollaborate with IT Support, IT Project Management, and other teams on escalated cases and cross-team projects.\n\nWhat you’ll need to succeed\nExperience in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, identity and access management, or a closely related field.\n\nProficiency in Okta and a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts.\n\nHands-on experience with Jamf, Google Workspace, and Slack.\n\nExperience building and maintaining automated workflows with tools such as Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms.\n\nPractical knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.\n\nProficiency in Bash and scripting, with the ability to automate repetitive administration tasks, integrate systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear and reusable scripts.\n\nProficiency in AI tools for IT operations, automation, or productivity.\n\nExperience setting up MCP servers.\n\nThe ability to contribute to project management and take ownership of initiatives.\n\nThe ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.\n\nThe ability to provide clear and regular progress updates on owned projects and initiatives.\n\nA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.\n\nThe ability to understand and follow clear guidelines and directions.\n\nProfessional fluency in English.\n\nNice-to-have\nSome knowledge of Jira.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Intune.\n\nFrench language skills.\n\nExperience contributing to internal AI, automation, or digital workplace
