In your day to day, and in coordination with our Payroll Specialist, you will:\nParticipate in the monthly payroll production process using ADP Decidium\n\nRetrieve the monthly payroll data from our HRIS (Workday)\n\nEnter and verify payroll data, maintain and update employee records in ADP Decidium\n\nCalculate and process salaries, social charges, and taxes according to French regulations and our bargaining agreement (SYNTEC)\n\nContact with agencies such as Social Security or Prévoyance, etc.\n\nHandle the recovery of daily social security indemnities (IJSS)\n\nMonitor sick leave until the initiation of the “Prévoyance” and ensure follow-up of active “Prévoyance” claims.\n\nGenerate and distribute payslips to the employees’ evault (Peopledoc)\n\nGet involved in all recurring payroll cycle activities (certifications, reporting, etc.).\n\nRespond to queries from employees, third parties, and other stakeholders.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou are looking for an apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage ou de professionnalisation) for one or two years.\nTechnical Competencies\nYou are preparing a licence or master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Payroll or HR\n\nStrong interests for Payroll\n\nEnglish proficiency: intermediate\n\nExcel skills (VLOOKUP, formula creation)\n\nComfortable working with IT tools and numerical calculations.\n\nA first professional experience (internship, summer job…) will be appreciated.\n\nNon-Technical Competencies\nRigor and attention to detail.\n\nCritical thinking skills (able to analyze and challenge the data).\n\nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to work under deadlines\n\nStrong team player with effective communication, collaboration, and mutual support.\n\nDiplomatic and tactful communication skills, especially when dealing with employees.\n\nCurious and eager to learn new skills and
