From discovery to demo, they drive confidence in our solution by aligning customer challenges to real-world use cases and measurable outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDesign and deliver immersive, storytelling-based product demonstrations that showcase Contentsquare's value across web, mobile, and app experiences \nLead discovery sessions and technical deep dives, leveraging frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC to uncover and align to prospect pain\n\nOwn and execute Proof of Value (PoV) engagements that emphasize business impact, insight delivery, and time to value\n\nChampion AI-Driven Storytelling: Confidently leverage Contentsquare's AI-powered capabilities (including behavioral anomaly detectin, session intelligence, and automated insights) to build compelling, outcome-focused narratives that differentiate us to prospects.\n\nWork at the Pace of Modern Sales: Actively integrate generative AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate account research, synthesize discovery calls, and elevate your demo preparation.\n\nPartner daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless and value-driven buying journey\n\nAdvise customers on their digital experience strategies, including behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights\n\nEngage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and integration best practices\n\nScope and guide platform evaluations, helping prospects connect the dots between behavioral data and business outcomes\n\nStay sharp on industry trends and product updates to act as a trusted domain expert internally and externally\n\nShare product feedback and emerging requirements from the field with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap\n\nWillingness to travel (20-30%) to the Nordic region for key customer workshops, QBRs, and team offsites.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou have deep curiosity about customer behavior, user experience, and data-driven storytelling\nYou love giving a demo that inspires and leaves your audience with no doubt about the value you deliver\n\nYou bring an analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems in elegant, consultative ways\n\nYou thrive in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments and enjoy building new playbooks\n\nYou value pre-sales excellence, coaching, and frameworks that drive consistent execution and scale\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales\nFluency in English language (written and verbal)\n\nPreferred: fluency Swedish language (written and verbal).\n\nDemonstrated domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or adjacent MarTech/UX technologies\n\nTechnical proficiency in web and mobile app technologies (HTML, JS, APIs, SDKs, Tag Management, mobile frameworks, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with data collection strategies, privacy regulations, and integration architectures\n\nOutstanding communication and presentation skills.
