You will join a community with high standards for quality, where we solve problems together through knowledge sharing and close collaboration.\nData Platform team\nYou would join the Data Platform team, helping our clients with their data needs.\n\nWe design and build data environments that support analytics, AI agents, production pipelines and machine learning.\n\nSome of us also teach the latest in data and analytics.\n\nYour responsibilities\nOwn the architecture of client data platforms built mainly on Microsoft Fabric: OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, notebooks and Real-Time Intelligence.\n\nLead migrations from Azure Synapse and other older Azure platforms to Fabric, including planning, roadmaps and hands-on delivery.\n\nDesign medallion architectures (bronze/silver/gold), data models and semantic layers that are secure, scalable, cost-efficient and easy to monitor.\n\nDefine how Fabric is governed and run: workspaces and environments, capacity sizing and cost, security and access, CI/CD with Git and deployment pipelines.\n\nBuild and review pipelines and transformations with SQL and PySpark, and set engineering standards for the team.\n\nPrepare data so it is ready for Power BI, Copilot and Fabric data agents.\n\nAct as a trusted technical advisor to clients, support pre-sales, and coach and mentor others in the team.\n\nYour qualifications\nSeveral years of experience in data engineering or data platform development, including responsibility for architecture and technical decisions.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, especially Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory and notebooks.\n\nExcellent SQL skills and solid PySpark or Spark experience.\n\nDeep understanding of lakehouse and data warehouse architecture, dimensional modelling, data quality and performance tuning.\n\nWorking knowledge of the Azure services that support Fabric, such as Entra ID, Key Vault, networking and private endpoints, Azure DevOps or GitHub, and Azure Data Lake Storage.\n\nThe ability to explain technical choices clearly to both technical and business people.\n\nFluent Finnish and good English.\n\nNice to have\nExperience migrating from Synapse or Azure SQL to Fabric.\n\nReal-time and streaming data (Eventstream, Eventhouse/KQL).\n\nPower BI semantic models and DAX.\n\nMicrosoft Purview and data governance.\n\nIntegrating REST APIs.\n\nMicrosoft certifications such as Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700), Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) or Azure Data Engineer.\n\nAbout Context& Context& was created through the merger of Sulava, Consit, Delegate and Projectum, four of the Nordic region's leading Microsoft partners.
