This position works across multiple business applications to streamline and expedite functions. This position requires collaboration across multiple departments within the organization and effective execution of key business functions.\nThis position is based in Phoenix Arizona; Denver Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado and requires local residency in one of these base locations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:\nTracks sales and program data, provide reporting to support forecasting and performance.\nOwns the development and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide visibility into Business Development, Development and Operations performance, programs and key metrics at the department, regional, and individual staff levels.\nObtains data to track and promote targeted outreach, engagement, and sales reports.\nProvides administrative support for data entry into applicable business applications.\nResponds to external inquiries received by general inboxes and voicemail.\nAssist as needed in sales and contracting processes; including development of outreach documents, and presentation materials In collaboration with Marketing, manages exhibits at industry conferences and events, including all conference deadlines, registrations, schedules, staffing, budget, prep meetings, supply management, giveaways, and post-conference communications with attendees.\nCoordinates with Marketing in advance on materials to print for each conference, messaging, and any themes for the conference.\nResearch logistics of new conference opportunities as they come up or upon request; primary contact for coordination of events/conferences/presentations\nManages Contexture's corporate business development/growth memberships and collaborates with relevant internal teams to support organizational engagement and participation.\nIn collaboration with Business Development leadership, creates, manages, and maintains departmental SOPs, Sales Force desktops, new staff onboarding and training materials, and supporting collateral to ensure Business Development staff have the resources, guidance, and tools necessary to effectively perform their roles.\nCreates Visio charts to document and improve process flow and inter-departmental handoff documentation.\nGathers needed information from internal teams and responds to general inquiries.\nAssists with various operational and administrative tasks and related duties as assigned.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nSkills\nExcellent communication, influencing and partnering skills at all organizational levels.\nDemonstrated critical analysis and strategic planning capabilities.\nUnderstanding of clinical workflows.\nExperience with E.H.R. software systems a plus.\nUnderstanding of the HIE landscape, including functionality, technology (HIT) and policy.\nCommitment to Contexture mission and strategic direction.\nPassion for improving healthcare.\nValid driver’s license.\nAbility to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, diverse, results-oriented culture.\nComfortable with changing priorities and evolving processes. Willing to proactively assist in development of best practices for the longer term.\nDemonstrated success in managing a sales funnel and closing contracts for services with payers, ideally in a national setting.\nWork in collaboration with other Contexture team members to ensure alignment across Contexture.\nProven track record of establishing relationships, identifying customer needs, and defining value proposition.\nDemonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.\nAdaptable, flexible, creative business thinking attributes are critical.\nExperience and comfort working with Senior Level executives.\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nHigh energy, positive, can-do attitude, and attention to detail.\nStrong initiative with solid work ethic and a willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes while at ease with ambiguity.\nDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions with limited information.\nAssertive, results- and success-oriented self-starter, with excellent project management skills.\nHighly developed multi-tasking skills.\nTeam player with all Contexture staff and community.\nStrong sense of personal responsibility in achieving Contexture’s goals.\nExperience with CRM systems; ideal knowledge of Sales Force\nEducation/Experience\nMinimum of 3+ years of consultative sales or consulting experience with payers and life insurance groups; preferably in healthcare IT or with a clinical background.\nBachelor's Degree required in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems or a related field; equivalent directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nStrong Microsoft product experience (Excel and Visio)\nWork Environment\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
