The Director works across multiple business applications to streamline and expedite functions. In addition, this position requires collaboration across multiple departments within the organization and effective execution of key business functions. This position will plan, organize, coordinate and direct account management and workflow analysis activities for both internal and external customers, as well as provide administrative direction and support for the daily operational activities of the business development operations including: billing, solution documentation, process documentation, organizational standardization, quality assurance, operational workflows, reporting, solution expansion, presentation materials
