Continental's tire division employs more than 57,000 people worldwide and has 20 production and 16 development sites.\n As an AI & Cloud Application Security Specialist, you will influence how cloud applications and AI-enabled solutions are assessed, secured and governed, turning complex security requirements into practical guidance that enables innovation while protecting our global business.\nYou will combine hands-on security assessments with consulting, governance, and cross-functional collaboration:\nEvaluate, review, and approve AI-enabled applications and SaaS solutions.\nAssess SaaS solutions, products, and architecture documentation for security risks, regulatory requirements, and compliance.\nReview AI and SaaS applications and features, provide security consulting, and contribute to the development of internal security guardrails, standards, and guidelines.\nReview security assessments and checklists, document outcomes, and approve solutions within delegated authority.\nProvide cybersecurity consulting to IT and business stakeholders, with a focus on AI, cloud, and SaaS-related initiatives.\nSupport cybersecurity audits, testing activities, and security assessments, and help stakeholders remediate identified findings.\nReview, and support the definition and maintenance of cybersecurity rules, standards, guidelines, and checklists for AI and SaaS security, and advise stakeholders on their implementation.\nDrive the secure adoption of emerging AI and cloud technologies by balancing business enablement, innovation, risk management, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with architecture, legal, privacy, procurement, and business teams to ensure it.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification supported by relevant professional experience.\nAt least five years of experience in enterprise IT, including a minimum of three years in cybersecurity, application security, cloud security, or a related field.\nPractical experience assessing applications, cloud services, SaaS solutions, architectures, and AI-enabled solutions for security risks and compliance requirements.\nExperience applying industry standards and frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO/IEC 27001, or comparable security frameworks.\nSolid understanding of cloud security concepts, web application security, identity and access management, authentication mechanisms, and encryption technologies.\nKnowledge of AI security concepts, AI governance, secure AI adoption, and risks associated with AI-enabled applications is highly desirable.\nAbility to analyze complex technical topics and translate security requirements into practical guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive secure outcomes across international and cross-functional teams.\nProfessional proficiency in English, min.
