We are looking forward to getting to know you.\nMain Responsibilities:\nBuilding and providing mechanisms to implement solution environments using Infrastructure-as-Code approaches (IaC) with AWS cloud resources;\nExecuting and automating regular maintenance activities for the department’s cloud infrastructure;\nMonitoring and analyzing workloads (on virtual machines and containers) with focus on reliability, performance and maintainability;\nImplementing central cybersecurity policies for department solutions;\nEvaluating and implementing cloud-based technologies and architectures to support AI and machine learning initiatives;\nGuiding our internal team with respect to infrastructure-related topics;\nCoordinating technical support activities and engaging with AWS Support to resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service issues.\n Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or comparable study;\nFirst working experience in IT infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, storage solutions and AWS cloud platform;\nGeneral working knowledge in Linux environments (preferably RHEL and clones, like Oracle Linux);\nBase knowledge in software development and scripting (mainly in Bash scripting and Typescript/JavaScript programming);\nFirst experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) implementations (ideally with AWS CDK or AWS CloudFormation);\nExperience in Git-based version control workflows;\nExperience with Oracle databases is a plus;\nFirst experience with container-based environments like Docker / Kubernetes is a plus;\nProcess-oriented mindset and analytical thinking skills;\nClear and effective communication skills;\nGoal- and team-oriented working style;\nProficiency in English language skills (written / verbal).\n Our offer:\nIntegration in a challenging and international work environment;\nFlexible working model;\nCollaborative working style;\nContinuous opportunities for the promotion of talent and training;\nOpportunity to make a difference.\nWe are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.
