Since our founding in 2012, we presently have 25 locations throughout the United States and continue to rapidly expand our footprint throughout the country\n Operate a box truck or trailer to move product\nCollect delivery instructions from appropriate sources.\nManage routes and routines so they proceed in the most efficient way possible.\nFind ways to conserve resources, including fuel, to benefit the business.\nDaily inspection of vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency\nequipment is in good working order.\nMaintain logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance and repair records.\nKeep company trucks fueled and clean.\nComply with all DOT and BestDrive regulations and rules.\nServe as a BestDrive advocate in interactions with clients and the public.\n Required Qualifications\nHigh school diploma/equivalent preferred\nDriver's license in good standing\nAble to pass DOT medical certification\nMust be able to work independently.\nMust be able to work in extreme outside weather conditions.\nMust have and maintain good driving record.\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Saturday and evenings as needed; may have little to no advance notice.\nThis position operates in all types of indoor and outdoor work environments, therefore exposure to heat and cold is to be expected.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to stand, bend, climb, lift and walk. \nRequired to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment (safety shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.).
