As Cybersecurity Central Coordinator, you will translate policies, standards and regulatory requirements into coordinated activities and measurable outcomes.\nYou will connect central, regional and local Cybersecurity stakeholders, strengthen security awareness and compliance, and create transparency on risks, incidents and improvement measures.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nCoordinate Cybersecurity activities across assigned regions, locations and business functions.\nSupport the implementation of Information Security policies, standards and service-management processes.\nMonitor Cybersecurity services and agreed service levels and follow up on delivery issues.\nMaintain dashboards and reports covering compliance, risks, incidents and improvement actions.\nCoordinate remediation of audit findings and support risk assessments and security controls.\nContribute to Information Security roadmaps, standards, solution concepts and operating-model improvements.\nSupport Cybersecurity projects by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks and actions.\nFacilitate stakeholder collaboration, knowledge sharing, awareness, training and phishing-resilience activities.\nSupport provider, portfolio and sourcing activities and assess relevant market and technology trends.\nUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification.\n+3 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security.\nStrong knowledge of Cybersecurity governance, processes, service management and risk management.\nMore than 3 years experience in coordinating cross-functional and international stakeholders.\nExperience in project or process coordination and collaboration with service providers.\nAbility to translate legal, regulatory and business requirements into practical actions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.\nBusiness-fluent English and excellent communication skills.\nRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or ISO 27001 are an advantage.\n13th salary;\nPerformance bonus;\nChristmas & Easter bonus;\nSeniority bonus;\nFlexible working time;\nHome office;\nCompetitive salaries & benefits;\nHealth & wellness (Life Assurance, Private Health and Dental Insurance, Sport; activities, Canteen, 24/7 Helpline with Psychologists etc.);\nDifferent discounts (tires, glasses, medical, shopping, etc.)\nRelocation bonus for non-Timisoara Residents;\nProfessional development opportunities (in Technical and Leadership Areas);\nInternational Work Environment & Traveling Opportunities.\nReady to drive with Continental?
