Continental's tire division employs more than 57,000 people worldwide and has 20 production and 16 development sites.\n We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to drive cybersecurity reporting, analytics, and data management capabilities in Cybersecurity. The role is responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions, building scalable data architectures, automating data collection and analysis processes, and delivering actionable insights to management and executive stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade cybersecurity reporting and analytics solutions.\nBuild and optimize data models, data pipelines, and reporting architectures to support cybersecurity operations and strategic decision-making.\nDevelop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and related technologies.\nDesign and implement automated data collection, transformation, and validation processes using Python, SQL, APIs, and scripting technologies.\nIntegrate data from multiple cybersecurity platforms, tools, and data sources into a centralized reporting environment.\nDefine and maintain cybersecurity KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and executive dashboards.\nPerform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams, IT, business stakeholders, and management to translate reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nContribute to the development of data governance, data quality, and reporting standards within cybersecurity.\nSupport strategic initiatives through data-driven insights and predictive analytics where applicable.\nTechnical Skills & Experience\nAcademic degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.\nSeveral years of professional experience in cybersecurity reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technical disciplines.\nExpert-level SQL skills, including complex query development, performance optimization, data modeling, and database design.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, scripting, ETL processes, and data engineering.\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and data visualization.\nExperience designing and maintaining scalable data architectures and reporting platforms.\nStrong knowledge of APIs, database technologies, cloud-based data services, and data integration frameworks.\nExperience developing cybersecurity KPIs, management reporting, executive dashboards, and board-level presentations.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk management, and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or NIS2.\nExperience with automation, reporting optimization, and large-scale data processing.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure data services, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable modern data platforms is an advantage.\nCertifications (Preferred but Not Required)\nMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)\nMicrosoft Azure Data Fundamentales (DP-900)\nMicrosoft Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)\nMicrosoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)\nSecurity+\nCISSP, CISM, or comparable cybersecurity certification\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to translate complex technical data into meaningful business insights.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.\nOwnership mindset with a strong continuous improvement orientation.\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating across global teams.\nStructured, proactive, and results-driven working style.\nApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.\n Individual development planning based on your personal needs and targets (e. g. mentoring, trainings or global internal Software Academy)\n· Performance bonus\n· Casual leave with pay (e. g. paternity leave, marriage of your children)\n· Agile and collaborative workstyle\n· Opportunity to make a difference\n· Employee discounts\n· Employee Providence Fund 16% upon confirmation\n· Group Term Life Insurance\n· Unlimited medical coverage for your spouse and children, incl. general, optical and dental health and hospitalization coverage\n· Canteen on-site\n· Sport center on-site incl.
