We will guide you step by step, and you will gradually take on activities as you grow in the role.\nWhat You Will Do\nSupport initiatives to improve customer experience on digital platforms focused on B2B customers\nHelp organize customer feedback, business needs, meeting notes, and follow-up materials.\nCollect and organize data to support reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.\nSupport project activities, documentation, and communication with business and IT teams.\nSupport integration testing activities for digital platforms, helping to organize test scenarios, track results, and follow up on issues with business and IT teams.\nGain practical exposure to real-life B2B system integration projects while building project organization, prioritization, and time management skills.\nResearch eCommerce, customer experience, and digital trends to bring ideas and examples to the team.\n Required\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field;\nIntermediate English proficiency;\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;\nAvailability to work in Jundiaí;\nCuriosity, organization, good communication, and willingness to learn.\n Ready to drive with Continental?
