Conduct time and motion studies, capacity and headcount analysis, and identify opportunities to improve layouts, ergonomics, material flow, and operational performance. Lead and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, working cross-functionally with Production, HR, Training, ESH, and other teams to ensure sustainable improvements and achievement of plant targets.\n Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.\nKnowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, including time and motion studies, capacity analysis, manpower planning, ergonomics, and process optimization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nEnglish proficiency preferred\n Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
