On the same year, it legally changed the company name to Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc., which reflects its global presence as a full-fledged subsidiary of ContiTech Division in Continental AG.\nGBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.\nIt provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.\n Accounts Payable\nPrepares and validates invoices for processing in accordance with established procedures.\nPerforms three-way matching for PO invoices and two-way matching for non-PO invoices.\nProcesses invoices through various Tangro queues and posts transactions in SAP.\nRoutes non-PO and non-GR invoices for approval and follows up on pending approvals.\nPerforms invoice posting from Tangro to SAP.\nProcesses electronic disbursement requests through eSign and records transactions in SAP.\nProcesses vendor credit memos accurately and in a timely manner.\nMonitors and maintains Tangro queue levels within agreed service targets.\nInvestigates and resolves supplier invoice and payment discrepancies.\nSupports the resolution of supplier inquiries and communicates directly with suppliers to address outstanding issues.\nGenerates and analyzes GR/IR reports and drives the resolution of open GR/IR items.\nSupports monthly vendor reconciliation activities to ensure account accuracy.\nProcess Improvement and Adhoc Activities\nSupports additional activities and special projects as directed by Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Workstream Management.\nAccountable for achieving agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs), operational goals, and stakeholder expectations.\nMonitors and executes internal control procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy, and process integrity.\nIdentifies, recommends, and supports the implementation of Accounts Payable process improvements and technology-driven initiatives.\nMaintains accurate and up-to-date process documentation related to Accounts Payable operations and procedures.\n Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes.\nKnowledge of accounting principles; SAP experience is an advantage but not required.\nAbility to manage transaction processing in a high-volume environment.\nExperience participating in process improvement initiatives.\nStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams to drive process improvements and develop KPIs and other quality measures that enhance operational efficiency.\nExperience working with international and cross-functional teams.\nDemonstrated understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and global business environments.\nSelf-starter and shows potential in delivering results.\nAble to work in local and international setting.\nReady to drive with Continental?
