processes\nAnalysis of plant reports (focus points, exceptions, etc.)\nDevelop and deploy dashboards to collect data-backed insights\nIncrease data availability and on-demand reporting\nPreparation of standardized plant benchmarks\nParticipation in month-end processes and yearly budget preparation\nSupport business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis\nVisualization of Financial & Performance data enabling max. transparency to support management decisions\nWork cross-departmentally on data-driven strategies that improve business processes and decision-making\n Academic degree in business, industrial engineering or comparable\nFirst proven experience in a Controlling/Finance function or similar\nExpert knowledge in Office 365 Data Analysis tools (namely Excel and Power BI),\nSolid understanding of modern data analysis methods. “KNIME” is an advantage\nStrong analytical focus and motivation to take ownership of the tasks/processes\nClear communication with stakeholders\nExcellent capability to structure, to visualize and to document.\nAbility to work efficiently in virtual teams, as well as autonomously\nHigh level of responsibility and
