In this role, you will be responsible for supporting compound mixing and hose production activities by developing and optimizing rubber material processes for product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.\nSupport the industrialization of new rubber mix center in Mount Pleasant\nLead the industrialization and optimization of rubber material processes for new and existing hoses products\nAnalyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rubber material requirements into product designs\nConduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize rubber material properties and performance\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reports\nTroubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutions\nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in rubber material technology and processing techniques\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in rubber material processing\nProvide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders\n WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field\nStrong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented
