With your expertise and an eye for market trends, you will help us further develop our compensation strategy and make it fit for the future.\nYour responsibilities include:\nEnsure compliance with collective agreements, local law, and company policies related to compensation \nCalculate and forecast elements of collective agreement in case of changes \nManage the annual compensation processes, including salary increases, bonuses, and other incentive programs \nConduct, analyze and interpret compensation benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness \nCollaborate with HR business partners and management to address compensation-related issues and provide expert advice \nAdvising and facilitating the alignment of salary increase proposals \nAnalyze compensation data and prepare reports for management, providing insights and recommendations \nPromote the standardization, digitalization and harmonization of compensation processes \nStay up-to-date with trends and practices in compensation and challenge our compensation programs \nConduct job evaluations \nPrepare communication and training materials for HR as well as for employees \n Degree in business administration, human resources management, or comparable qualification with minimum 5 years of experience in operative HR management \nKnowledge of labor laws, collective agreements and employment practices would be desirable \nKnowledge of HR information systems would be desirable \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint \nAnalytical thinking skills \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills \nFluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) \nDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism \nStrong project management skills \n At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
