With about 39,000 employees in more than 40 countries and sales of some 6.4 billion euros (2024), the global industrial partner is active with core branches in Asia, Europe and North and South America.\n Responsible for Data Analytics & Digital Tools you will generate analytical insights and drive process efficiency by implementing automation and AI supported digital solutions for BA IEMEA.\nKey focus will be:\nAnalysis and visualization of sales, pricing and customer logistics data by combining various data sources such as SAP, Polaris, Salesforce, DBX via Power BI\nDrive strategy development, implementation and roll-out of state of the art digital tools (e.g. workflow automation, SAP/BW/Polaris reporting, and Power BI)\nSupporting and consulting operational teams on process & tool enhancement by using strong tool know-how incl. Excel and state of the art digital tools\nDrive identification of use cases for robotic process automatization (RPA) (e.g. UiPath) and support implementation process\nSupporting the identification of AI use cases and support implementation process\nConduct individual ad-hoc analysis, generate and distribute business/market intelligence, support quantitative value-based pricing, review effectiveness of existing reporting and initiate new report perspectives\nEnsure constant improvement of data analytic tools and the necessary infrastructure in collaboration with Group/Sector/BA/Segment/Functions Controlling and IT.\nUniversity degree (Bachelor or above), preferably in Business Administration, Economics or IT\n5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis in an international environment\nAdvanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DBX, Power Query) and strong Excel know-how\nExperience working with ERP/data sources (e.g., SAP, SAP BW) and ensuring data quality (validation/reconciliation)\nStrong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and basic project management skills (requirements, timelines, UAT)\nHands-on exposure to automation/RPA and/or workflow automation (e.g. UiPath)\nExperience with Polaris, DBX, Salesforce (or comparable systems)\nExperience supporting AI use-case identification (problem framing, data needs, risks, adoption) in collaboration with IT/business stakeholders\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams\nHighly proficient in English (written and spoken)\nThe well-being of our employees is important to us.
