Support data governance, process standardization, SAP S/4HANA initiatives, data migration, and continuous improvement activities.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor data quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate resolution of data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.\nSupport Data Governance standards, roles, and processes.\nSupport SAP S/4HANA rollouts and data migration activities.\nCoordinate data quality dashboards and reporting.\nDrive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, IT, and other stakeholders.\n Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.\nExperience in Data Quality, Master Data Management, or Data Governance.\nGood knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with KPI reporting and tools such as Power BI is an advantage.\nEnglish proficiency (written and spoken).\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA, data migration, or transformation projects is a plus.\n What we offer:\nThe 13-th salary - Paid once a year, in December;\nMeal tickets - With a value of 40 Ron;\nPrivate Health Insurance - Health is the most important, so we offer you a medical subscription through Signal Iduna;\nReferral bonuses - We encourage colleagues to refer new candidates to us and, at the same time, to get the chance to receive a bonus;\nBookster - Feed your body and your mind.
