In this role, you will oversee daily departmental activities, supervise team members, and ensure that all operations meet our quality, safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain operational excellence during off-shift hours.\nSupervise and manage department staff during assigned off-shift hours, providing direction, feedback, and performance coaching\nSupport multiple departments and troubleshoot issues across the production lines\nMonitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures\n Ensure all associates are working to meet the organization’s metrics around safety, quality, delivery and cost\nAddress operational issues and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner\nCoordinate with other departments and shift supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs and communication\nUphold safety standards \n Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, operations, or similar environment\nProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work off-shift hours (evenings/nights)\nADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT\n Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of supervisor experience\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
