Manager - Services Brazil acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, connecting people strategy with operational and business priorities across multiple locations.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPartner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, performance, talent and people-related decisions.\n\nLead and develop the HR team, ensuring effective HR support across the Services operations.\n\nOversee payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.\n\nLead labor relations activities and collective bargaining negotiations, maintaining constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives.\n\nManage strategic employee benefits topics, including negotiations with health plan providers and other key suppliers.\n\nSupport recruitment, retention, succession planning, leadership development and organizational changes.\n\nDrive HR projects and change initiatives aligned with business priorities.\n\nEnsure consistent application of HR policies, processes and local labor regulations.\n\nMonitor HR KPIs, headcount, workforce costs and other key indicators, translating data into action plans.\n\nPartner with Centers of Expertise, Shared Services and other HR stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR solutions.\n\nMaintain close contact with operations and leadership teams through regular site visits, understanding local needs and supporting business decisions.\n\nPromote continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and employee experience.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field.\n\nSolid generalist HR experience, preferably in industrial, services or multi-site operational environments.\n\nPrevious experience leading HR teams.\n\nStrong knowledge of payroll and personnel administration processes.\n\nProven experience in labor relations and collective bargaining negotiations.\n\nExperience managing and negotiating employee benefits, especially health plans.\n\nStrong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation.\n\nAdvanced or fluent English is mandatory, with the ability to conduct meetings and interact with international stakeholders.\n\nStrong business acumen, autonomy, proactivity and ability to influence leaders in a matrix organization.\n\nExperience with workforce planning, HR KPIs, budget and cost management.\n\nSAP knowledge is considered a plus.\n\nAvailability to travel regularly to operational
